Blogger is an online service owned by Google that publishes single or multi-user blogs created entirely by the user and it is one of the easiest methods of creating and publishing a blog for free, Its interface is very easy to use and it has many options.
To access blogger you need to have a google (gmail) account. You can either create one or use the already existing one.
Steps 1:
In the Google search Engine type "blogger"
Step 2:
Click on the link - "www.blogger.com".
Step 3:
Now Sign in using the google account to get started. If you don't have you can set up a new account by clicking on "Sign up" and filling the required information.
Step 4:
Now to create a blog simply click on "new blog" button
Step 5:
You will get a pop up window to give the name in the title and address for your blog which are available, choose the template which will act as a basic layout and design and click on "create blog!".You can change the template and title later if you want in the settings section.
Step 6:
Click on "Start blogging"
